I absolutely love finding hidden gems. That is exactly what I felt like I had discovered when I went to Miller St. Boutique several weeks ago. My friend Amber and I were exploring Butler County, Ohio, and a visit to this adorable boutique was a part of the itinerary.
The reason I say that Miller St. Boutique is a hidden gem is because it sits in a simple strip mall. I don’t know about you, but I typically think of chain restaurants and insurance agencies when the word strip mall comes to mind. I’m typically never expecting to find locally-owned boutiques full of adorable dresses, accessories and home decor. However that is exactly what we found in Miller St. Boutique.
Miller St. Boutique was started by two high school best friends Tara and Stephanie. They initially opened a booth at the Ohio Valley Antique Mall, where they gained a lot of popularity. From there, they decided to open their own shop.
The dresses
I was amazed at all of the clothing they had! They had some of the most adorable dresses! I was traveling back to Spain in just a few days, so I didn’t really have the space in my suitcase to add any new dresses to the collection. However I definitely wanted to.
This is almost always me when shopping. I find the dress section and almost immediately have at least four in my arms.
My favorite dress
I think out of all the dresses I tried on, this grey one was the one I would have taken home with me. It was just my style and the one I could picture myself wearing everywhere. Plus in the winter, I’m always looking for good sweater dresses!
