Luckily, there are a couple of different options to choose from. If you’re feeling adventurous and the journey is long enough, proposing in the ski lift carriage can be romantic as you get your own private pod with stunning views across the landscape.
If you don’t want to be pushed for time or would rather have your feet on solid ground, then you could propose at the top of the run, but just be aware that this will likely be more public. Whilst proposing part way through a long run does sound romantic and private, it might be a little hazardous, so it’s best to make sure to propose before you set off down the mountain. If your partner prefers their ski holidays to contain more spa than ski, organise a private chef in your chalet, before cosying up before an open fire with a glass of mulled wine.
