Everyone needs to own at least one comfy sweater. I’m talk a big one that can just be thrown on over anything. I was happy to have found this one from Zaful a few months back. Whether I’m just lounging around my house or I’m headed out the door, this sweater has been one of my favorite things from this winter.
The birthday collaboration
Today I’m also collaborating with 11 other bloggers for Ada’s birthday. Ada is the blogger behind Elegance and Mommyhood. I’ve known her (over the internet) for a few years now. I do hope to one day meet her in person. I’ve met bloggers Ana, Mal, Nancy and Kristin in person before, and it was a lot of fun. Like literally I’ve never met a blogger in person and not instantly hit it off. So I’m sure meeting Ada in person one day would also be a blast.
She just asked that we style a skirt or a dress for the collaboration. Since all I ever wear on my blog is a dress, it was perfect. I had these photos from several months back, but never actually used them in a post.

From Ada herself: “Every year that I have been blogging, since I became a mom, I thought it would be fun to have a Blog Birthday Party on my blog, including other fashionistas and blogging friends. It started in 2013 and this is the 6th year of this fun birthday tradition. When I first started it in 2013 as a beginner, I invited my closest 5-6 blogging buddies who came to visit, read and comment my blog on a daily basis. Over the last 3 years this fun party has grown and it has become a two-day celebration. This year I am joined by another 20 fashionistas who I am lucky to call my friends and who are all super stylish to boots. A lot of these ladies have been celebrating my birthday with me on the blog other years too and I am very glad and flattered to see them return.
